Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order for a Product at no cost and without giving any reason before we send our confirmation e-mail to you. Any cancellation made after we have send our confirmation e-mail to you shall only be made by way of Returns.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel or return your order by submitting your request via e-mail through our Customer Support Centre. We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

All Product(s) can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of the Product(s) to Princess Ford Customer Support Center at customerservice@princessford.com, if the Product is complete and it is in an unused and undamaged condition, in exchange for Store Credit. For wrapped or sealed Products, this means that we would only take back such Products in their unopened or unwrapped state or with an undamaged seal. Thus, Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned item(s) do not meet the above criteria, they shall be returned back to you and you shall not be entitled to Store Credit.

 

We will reimburse payments received from you for the Products returned no later than 10 days from the day on which we received the items. All reimbursement shall be made by us by way of Store Credit. We shall withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back at our Customer Support Centre.

Please note that you will be required to send back the Products by following the instructions available on our Customer Support Centre no later than 10 days from the day in which you receive the item(s). You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Product(s).

Cancellation or Returns does not apply to:

  1. the delivery of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
  2. the supply of Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  3. a Product if we have fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;

Please note that Store Credit never expires and can  be used at anytime.
